With the talents of Jim Broden (fiddle), Patricia Kernan (flute, penny whistle), Jim Mead (guitar, feet percussion), Sue Mead (mandolin, fiddle) -- and occasional guest musicians -- the FireFlies bring a lively toe-tapping, can't-sit-still tempo to contras, squares, circle and international folk dances -- be it in a barn, living room, social hall, or back yard....the music makes you move! The FireFlies can be caught locally in the NY Capital District area, the north woods of the Adirondacks, New York's southern tier, and the mountains and valleys of Vermont, Massachusetts and Connecticut. |
